Pole & Mast Structural Analyses
By conducting Structural Analyses of Lighting Masts and Poles, ZINCOMETAL determines in advance the reaction and expected behaviour of masts under real-world conditions, including scenarios where natural phenomena exert pressures exceeding normal levels. These analyses check the static and dynamic adequacy of the mast, considering the maximum load applied at the top or at any other desired height.
Photometric Lighting Studies
In order to simulate the installation environment of its products for its customers, ZINCOMETAL conducts photometric analyses (photometric lighting studies) of the outdoor areas where they will be installed, thereby offering another important service. Critical parameters, such as the dimensions of the area, the road category, the luminaire, the lamp, and the height of the mast are taken into account in order to propose the best possible solution.
